Most calls fall into a handful of patterns. Here is what we see most and how we fix it, whether you are in Ardenwald or out near Clackamas.
Ask a pro →Warm air usually means low refrigerant, a failed capacitor, or a dirty evaporator coil. We test all three with gauges and a clamp meter, then repair the actual fault instead of topping off refrigerant and hoping.
Ignition failure and dirty flame sensors cause most no-heat calls. We clean or replace the sensor, verify gas pressure, and check the heat exchanger for cracks. Most of these finish the same night.
A thermostat that cycles every few minutes is often a wiring or calibration issue, not a dead unit. We test the low-voltage circuit, replace failed thermostats, and set up Nest or Ecobee schedules correctly.
Algae builds up in the PVC condensate line and backs water into the pan. We clear the line, flush it, and add a float switch so the system shuts off before it floods your floor.
No heat, no cool, or a system making noise you do not like, we answer 24/7. Licensed techs, stocked vans, flat pricing before we start, and a real ETA by text. Call (855) 947-9500.
